• We can assist with the preparation of a Business Sales Contract cost $450.00
• Our Sales Contracts are completed by our Solicitors to ensure all legal requirements are covered for both the seller and purchaser

• An in-depth Business Profile covering all Due Diligence for the potential purchaser, their Accountants and Lending Authority to assess this opportunity positively
• Prepare the advert highlighting the strength, opportunities, advantages and rewards this business is offering.
• Advertising on 12 major web portals Australia Wide giving total exposure plus protecting the ID of your business (as much as possible)
• Qualify all potential purchaser, forward the potential buyers’ details to you for your perusal. On your approval, we forward the business profile, arrange an inspect and begin the negotiation process
  

• We complete the Business Sales Contract through our solicitors (at no cost to you) This service is to ensure all legal requirements are totally covered for both you and seller. (You don’t what a problem with a misunderstanding in the contract which may hold up or cancel the sale)
• Our Commission Structure $6,000 first $50k 6% on the balance of the contract price Note we do not change commission on stock
